Create a list of Milestones with "@".
Example: Posting a message with "@Grocery, @Mall" will display a checkbox before each Milestone.
Allocate points to a Milestone with "@{number of points}".
Example: Posting a message with "@100 Run a mile" will award you with 100 points upon completing the Milestone.
Take credit for the Milestone by clicking on the checkbox and selecting "Finish".
You can also Edit the post and change the "@" into "$", but you will not get the award points.
Hashtag a message by tying "#{topic}".
Example: Posting a message with "#food" will create a hashtag topic of "food".
