Ye Chen woke up and is greeted by Elder Xu and Xiong Er. Xiong Er told Ye Chen that he called Elder Xu to help them at the arena. Ye Chen thanks Elder Xu but the elder said that he helped them for a reason. Ye Chen offer Elder Xu his True Fire but Elder Xu told him to keep it since the True Fire doesn't want the elder to take it. |

As repayment for not taking his True Fire, Elder Xu told Ye Chen to help him refine pills. Elder Xu found out the Ye Chen is blessed with special innate abilities which are good for refining pills. He gave Ye Chen the ingredients to practice refining pills. Ye Chen created the pill after wasting 40 herbs. Without tell Ye Chen that he himself wasted 93 herbs on his first pill, he told Ye Chen to work harder since the pill is not perfect. |
